worst product they have even one bug cockroach didnt finish , pls dont use thr service at all, if i have negative star option i will give them negative star, they are not using medicine they are using water

Very unprofessional. Do not recommend this "company" to anyone. Please dont believe in a high review rate. it's all done by friends & relatives. We called them for pest control service and scheduled the visit , without giving "order number" they refer us to their "dubai team" , I.e. friends or relatives , which is a totally different company , named "Green Avenue", same as these people unprofessional. Dont know how to get rid of cocroaches from unfurnished apartments for a month now. Just simply ignoring or sending a silly answer, "You have to wait." What for? ONE MONTH WE CANT BRING FURNITURE INSIDE BCOZ OF THESE COCROACHES !!!!! I went with my husband (btw he is emirati) to their "office" in muwalleh, Noone is there for ages, this is what we heard from the neighbour shop. Veeeery bad. Don't contact them if u r valuing ur time & money.

Firstly, their response by telephone and whatsapp very appreciated and professional. Especially Mr Nizam. Secondly the service they did very well and , even if we are not satisfied, they will follow up under garruanty period without any failure excuses. So far i am happy and comfortable, the person who did the service Mr reza was very polite and did his job perfectly. For me sure reccamend their service.

Pathetic service by these guys. I availed their services in 2022 and 2023 as well and chose them this year too expecting similar service. But it turned out that they are no longer providing good service and the reviews here prove this. Even after 4 weeks of pest control, cockroaches and flies are seen all over. The gel treatment they did proved to be of no use; seems they are using cheap materials for pest control. I neither recommend them nor will I take their services in future.

Great company, amazing service, they came on time , I was just moved in to a new home and they used the spray and after 15 days they contacted me to give me a visit to apply the gel also, until now things are great and I hope it will be the same and if I have any other issue I am sure I will contact them again .
