By accessing and using UAE Contractors Hub, including our contractor management portal, payment services, and B2B solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Overview
UAE Contractors Hub provides multiple services including:
- Contractor Directory: B2C platform connecting customers with verified contractors
- Management Portal: B2B software for contractor business management
- Payment Processing: Secure payment and subscription management services
- Lead Generation: Customer inquiry and lead management system
3. Contractor Portal Usage
3.1 Portal Access
Access to the contractor management portal is granted based on subscription plans. Portal features include lead management, quotation tools, and business analytics.
3.2 Portal Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate business information and contact details
- Respond to customer inquiries within reasonable timeframes
- Use quotation tools professionally and accurately
- Maintain data security and protect login credentials
- Comply with UAE business regulations and licensing requirements
3.3 Portal Restrictions
- No sharing of portal access with unauthorized users
- No use of portal for illegal or fraudulent activities
- No manipulation of lead or quotation data
- No reverse engineering of portal software
4. Payment & Subscription Terms
4.1 Subscription Plans
We offer various subscription plans including Basic (Free), Premium (AED 1,000/year), and Platinum (AED 2,000/year) with different features and portal access levels.
4.2 Payment Processing
- All payments are processed securely through our payment partners
- Subscription fees are charged annually in advance
- Payment methods include credit cards and UAE-specific payment options
- Failed payments may result in service suspension
- All prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED) and include applicable VAT
4.3 Billing & Renewal
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
- Notice of renewal will be provided 30 days before renewal date
- Cancellation must be submitted through the portal or customer support
- No refunds for partial months or unused services
- Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance
5. Data & Privacy
5.1 Data Collection
We collect business information, contact details, service areas, and usage data to provide our services and improve user experience.
5.2 Data Usage
- Business data is used to create contractor profiles and facilitate connections
- Portal usage data helps improve service functionality
- Payment data is processed securely and not stored on our servers
- Customer inquiries are shared with relevant contractors
5.3 Data Protection
- All data is protected according to UAE data protection laws
- Secure encryption for all data transmission
- Regular security audits and updates
- Limited access to personal data by authorized personnel only
6. Service Level & Support
6.1 Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime for our portal and services. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance.
6.2 Customer Support
- 24/7 customer support available in Arabic and English
- Dedicated account managers for Platinum subscribers
- Support channels include email, phone, and portal chat
- Response times: 4 hours for urgent issues, 24 hours for general inquiries
7. Intellectual Property
All portal software, website content, and platform features are owned by UAE Contractors Hub. Contractors retain rights to their business information and content.
8. Limitation of Liability
UAE Contractors Hub is not liable for:
- Direct or indirect damages from service use
- Loss of business opportunities or revenue
- Data loss or corruption
- Third-party actions or content
- Service interruptions beyond our control
9. Termination
9.1 Termination by User
Users may terminate their account at any time through the portal or by contacting support. Data will be retained according to our data retention policy.
9.2 Termination by Platform
We may terminate accounts for violations of these terms, non-payment, or fraudulent activity. Notice will be provided except in cases of serious violations.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated 30 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by UAE law. Any disputes will be resolved in UAE courts or through arbitration as specified in our dispute resolution policy.
