Worst fake company, last 1 year I'm using there service for bedbug . Bedbug come after 4 days again. Very bad service. highly not recommended

Worst ever experience, the staffs are extremely rude and ill mannered, had a call with one Mr. Rahman who dont value the time of others.first visit was not even a month back for bed bugs and cleaning it is not even done properly, sofa cleaning they didnt bring any machineries to clean and hand washed. Bed bugs are back again wanted to do a followup they dont show up on scheduled time and blame us for not being there later, people are sweet and nice till they get the money and 0 interest for followups. Has been trying to schedule for 2 weeks and once scheduled more drama, they want us to be available as per their terms, should we wait for 3 to 4 hours so that these guys come?scheduled time was 6 to 7 no one showed up till 8, we wanted to schedule for 9 as we were not available from 8 to 9. At 9 they say they cant come we came and you were not there. And they can only come after 12.30 midnight. I mean do you hear yourself? And next day appointment they cant promise they will open the office check the schedule and may confirm later. So we are suppose to spend two days waiting for their confirmation for the work which they havent done properly at first???

We used this company for both deep cleaning and pest control. Both times we were very happy . The cleaning was excellent, very detailed and thorough. The pest control was a quick and easy job. We will see the effectiveness in the coming days, but so far we are happy with the team. Will definitely use them again!
