I reached out to this company to have an insect net frame made for my balcony. Initially, everything seemed fine—the representative came the same day to take measurements and assured me that my request, including the specific frame color, could be completed within 2-3 days. However, I was not given any receipt or proof that the measurements were taken, which raised some concerns. After waiting for two days with no updates, I followed up, but my messages were ignored. Finally, on the fourth day, I was informed that the requested frame color was not available—despite being assured during the initial visit that it was. This experience left me feeling unimportant as a customer. It seemed as though the size of my order didn’t warrant proper attention or care. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone seeking reliable communication or customer service.
