Please don't waste your precious time in Noor Al asadi because counter people are not good behaviour.I given a glass order yesterday Suleman bangali said you get on same time tomorrow but I also come 2 hours late because I don't want to late from side as I given time to our customers. When I reached in Noor Al asadi glass they cutted 5mm lose from my size and still kept in cutting pieces without temper & polish. Working people said we can give in 30 mints if you take same glass as we cutted 5mm lose so I went sulman he said take 2pm after lunch even have 45 mints in lunch . So I said then i need my proper size as I given you he said to supervisor if he needs proper size so come on 5pm. Straight blackmailing . He said if you need glass so keep in mind. Had ordered a glass for a project and came all the way around 3 times and still the work was not completed and then the staffs over there was treating like they don’t care. Very bad customer service and never trust them.

I came all the way from Samha, fasting for almost 14 hours now!!! PLEASE UPDATE YOUR WORKING HOURS ON GOOGLE MAPS TOO!! when i reached at the location here i saw this page on the main Entrance saying “Ramadan Timings” 6 a.m to 1 p.m Are you even serious???? Wasted 2 hours for just coming and looking at your timings!!!

Told to come 2 days after purchasing for collection, ended with 2 weeks + 4 times round trip for collection attempts to get simple square glass for table top. Definitely will never come back.
