Terrible experience. We approached the company regarding a warranty issue for our swimming pool pump and were met with shockingly unprofessional behavior from staff. Not only did they deny our request without any proper explanation, but they also questioned our work ethics and even asked for our degrees — completely irrelevant and inappropriate. Worse still, they refused to return our pump and demanded we delete our previous Google review before they would release it. This kind of pressure and unprofessionalism is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect respectful and transparent service — this was the exact opposite. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you value honest customer support.

It is my pleasure dealing with Blue Lagoon sales and maintenance staff, the sales team headed by Ms Verti is very professional in their dealing and their pricing is acceptable, also Mr Samshad head of the maintenance team who repaired one of my pool parts was very professional in his approach and repaired the item in very short time, his charge was reasonable!
