A week after their visit, to which they were late, (and after I chased them two days for an answer) they produced only a digital drawing of our (very accurate manual drawing of what we want), presented it as their “proposal” asking me for my opinion?! Also, no effort whatsoever to even attempt positive customer service and we never got a price or a word after that exchange.

Back garden retiled which was very efficient and very skilled.

Mohammed Shah was really good. Good price also the quality of the plants were good. He was patient enough to show us all the varieties and on top he gave us free delivery.

Do not waste your time with this company as they do not follow up or respond. They clearly do not respect future clients and prioritize future business. They had even asked for previous contractors measurements to generate a quote as they did not want to do this and take short cuts. Says a lot about the companies professionalism.

The worst experience we ever had with supplier in the UAE. Showing us a quality and installing another bad quality and they delayed the work for 2 months.. the pool tiles is installed in less than 3 months and they started to peel off and all they ask and care about is money to work for other villas When I call them and text through whatsapp to send someone to fix the damaged this, they just listen our read and no answer. complain was already made to Dubai economy👌🏼 Don’t do our mistakes and work with such people.
