As a regular customer who visits your branch two to three times a week, I’ve always expected the same level of service as anyone else. However, it has become increasingly apparent that clients are not treated equally. Specifically, customers with high-end vehicles receive noticeably better service, often getting extra attention, including thorough drying using air compressors while others, particularly those with more modest cars or of Asian background, are routinely overlooked. I have personally experienced this disparity. Despite being a loyal customer and tipping regularly, I’ve noticed that my vehicle is not given the same care and finishing touches as the luxury cars around me given that we are paying the same amount of money.
