Al Rasa Pest Control

I don’t know why I’ve used these guys more than once. Whatever chemicals or gel they use, I think it’s actually food for the pests because more come back and typical al rasa needs to be called back at least 3 times for it to have any effect. Lastly, the team is always late and turn up at times they are not supposed to. I won’t be using them again and suggest you all avoid this company

We recently had your team perform a pest control treatment in our home. However, just four hours after returning home, we found around 10 cockroaches crawling around. We waited to see if the situation would improve, but even after several days, the cockroach problem remains unchanged. Unfortunately, the treatment has not been effective, and we are very disappointed with the results. We would like to request a refund, as the service did not meet our expectations or solve the issue.

I m really upset with AL.ras service...today I asked them for pest control in only in kitchen..the representative told me aed 160.. when they came they put some gel in bedroom...I clearly told them not to do anything in bedroom...after finishing , to my surprise they asked for aed 210... when I asked they mention bcoz we put gel in bedroom n all. When showed the representative our chat where he mentioned aed 160, his response was i thought it's a 1 bhk so I did it. This is unacceptable. Al Ras management must look into it. I would love to know what action was initiated by the management team.
