Yesterday, Emitch team was supposed to change the AC actuator. After they left, a leakage started causing the cieling to fall down and my whole apartment got flooded with water. I called the guy to come again to solve the problem as its an emergency. He said he can not hwlp me and asked me to call the call center. Where nobody answers. Since your team that caused the damage  rejected to come, I had to resch the ceiling and close the AC valves while getting multiple electric shocks. After multiple phone calls and emails, the second team that came to fix the leakage had no equipment, and they also got electric shots. Surprisingly, they left without fixing the problem. We had to spend the night without AC and under the risk of getting electric short circuit and shocks that might cause fires. I can not comprehend the level of unprofessionalism. Please send someone ASAP to fix the issue, and I need a manager to talk to.

I have an AC leak in the middle of the night after a sub standard AC maintanance the EMITECH crew did. I went up to check what is going on and I noticed they have stabilized a hose with duct tape fixed on another pile and the AC duct is also leaking air. On top of that they do not have an emergency number for fixing their low quality work.

Order is placed one week back. Try to follow up with them on online chat - no reply, whatsapp number - messages not delivered, landline contact - not working, mobile contact - not working, toll free number - not working, employee contact - “ma’am we will deliver your order today (same thing was conveyed for 5 consequent days). Why are your contact numbers not working? We are transferring from Etisalat to Du - going on for the past three months. Bunch of cheaters. Still have my money with no products delivered so far. All 5 star reviews on their FB page is just a scam. Dont trust them and dont order from them. They have no idea what they are doing. They are the same company as shopinc
