To be honest, every service is perfect for cleaning and body care and massage is so amazing and thank for madam crystal she help me every time, I hope to see her in future a manager.

Crystal is respectful and understands quickly. Very helpful and professional. All the staff are excellent and experienced in cleaning. I truly appreciate Crystal and Benita both were very professional and helpful. Thank you so much! Highly recommended!

Very happy with their service. KC is the helper who comes to my home, she is excellent and very punctual. She knows her work very well. Crystal keeps the communication smooth and is always available when needed. I have been with Panorama for two years now, and love their servicea.

I had to call the police 😣 she was african, slow , rude, scary.. and when i told her to leave because i dont want her service she refused to leave until i give her cash I had to call the police because I was scared and I was alone!!!! Oh what a horrible experience that I wish for nobody 😔 Very bad experience highly not recommended first time they arrived one hour late, broke couple of my kitchen glass, they were very slow, they didn’t finish the work, i had to work with them. I complained thinking maybe its the ladies cleaning not the whole company, unfortunately they manipulated me and said they will send again , and when they did they sent one african lady who was very rude! Shouting at me on my own house and I’m alone and I was scared of her😔

I have been dealing with Panorama Plus for over than 7Months now , to be honest Crystal a nice lady always tries her best to help .. The two ladies Ruweina and Liz who come to clean are very nice and do a good job .. My only complain is about timing !! They never come on the same time most of the time I have to contact Crytal to be sure they are coming and I consider this is not professionable from the management that's why I only give three stars .Hope this problem will be fixed soon then I can give five stars .
