I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. They lack a proper sales and technical team, and once they sell their product, you can forget about any after-sales service because they don't have any office more then 1 people in company. They will promise everything customer want once they get advance they will give you 1947 model ac's On top of that, they illegally cancelled my visa and failed to pay my salary for three months. Their actions are unethical and fraudulent. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. Avoid at all costs—fake and untrustworthy people! Everything is managed by a single ex Talabath delivery person who knows nothing about ACs. If you ask more than two questions, he’ll either cut the call or pass you to his company boss who never answered his own company employee phone call.

"I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from your company, I've experienced at poor cooling and noice from the AC Ducts since the installation. After lots of bucks spending on this is what we are not expecting from you, GLOREY AND Your team's lack of professionalism and communication has been frustrating. Still, it's not resolved. I never recommend this GLOREY to anyone. Your company's reputation is at stake, and I hope you'll take my complaints seriously. You and the GLOREY team proved that you failed at MEGA INSTALLATION. And don't care about customers issues once sales are done, you guys clean your hands and never turn back to resolve your installation issues. Remember, new ac installation never gets complaints, but you are welcoming it. Rather than resolving your proper installation.

I bought many brand of AC units ,I had no much of concerns when i bought Glorey brand my experience with the staff shocked me how unprofessional they are I bought brand many units their response was very poor , when they came to site they kept blame other issues rather focusing on resolving the issue for not cooling , I don't advise anyone to purchase this brand along with this team,

I want to give my personal opinion about Glory frankly they have no experience and how to deal with customers they took help of a lot of money from US over 55000 and they gave us units which were totally unsatisfactory I would highly recommend no one to go to these type of ACS not there salesman are professional they come and argue that there is something else wrong with the room rather than looking to their AC units so I highly recommend go for different brands I don't anyone to fall in the same that we did
