Urgent Complaint Regarding Foreman ( PEGO) and Unacceptable Conduct I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction and lodge a formal complaint against MEP team foreman, PEGO, following an incident today at my apartment. As a client, I reached out for assistance due to damage caused by a malfunctioning AC unit. My request included cleaning services to address the resulting mess. Instead of providing professional support, PEGO presented an exorbitant bill for a superficial cleaning job that took only 20 minutes. When I questioned the unreasonable charge, PEGO became verbally abusive, using offensive language and engaging in a heated argument with me. It was apparent that he was attempting to inflate the cost to secure a commission from the laborers he hired. PEGO's behavior was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. His aggressive demeanor and use of inappropriate language are completely unacceptable. I urge the company to take immediate and serious action against PEGO to prevent such incidents from recurring. This type of conduct reflects poorly on your organization and undermines client trust. I expect a prompt and thorough investigation into this matter.
