Based on my personal experience, it may differ from others'. Very unprofessional. They won't pay subcontracts. Present situation: company ownership and name changed. The old owners cheated many subcontractors and escaped from the UAE. They have many cases filed against them in UAE courts. They had a sister concern named Al Alaya in Um Al Quain. Closed that licence too.

Extremely unprofessional management , doesn't consider hard work but only results ,and people on visit visa please don't waste your time . Because they will kick you in 15 days even after promising in interview that we will process your visa . I never had such a bad experience ever in my life I was shattered and broken as I was ony visit visa and was left in the middle of nothing. It's not at all even worth trying in this company , so save your time and try somewhere else but not in this scam place.
