One star is more than them evaluation .. very bad services .. fake durations.. stories .. delays on supplying the materials.. no follow up in proper way nor time also .. Sales team and them manager don't have any word ... Not recommended at all. Save your time and health and don't deal with them . Around 3 months for fence job ????? Which should finish within 02 weeks maximum

We have been working with Alton Fencing and Steel Trading for over 15 years, and it’s disappointing to see how much the service quality has declined recently. Deliveries are constantly delayed despite repeated follow-ups, and commitments are often not honored. The customer service experience has also deteriorated. The staff seems indifferent and unprofessional, lacking accountability in their communication. In particular, the behavior of a staffs in the delivery department is unacceptable — he appears to have no regard for customer satisfaction or even for representing his company professionally. We truly hope Alton takes this feedback seriously and takes immediate steps to restore the level of service they were once known for.

I would like to highlight a serious concern regarding the lack of coordination and support between the Sales and Operations teams. The recent situation has clearly shown poor operational support, with both teams blaming each other rather than working together to resolve the issue. Even in cases where a mistake may originate from the Sales team, it is the responsibility of Operations to support and assist in finding a solution. Unfortunately, this was not the case here. Instead of collaborating, the blame was entirely shifted to Sales, and there was no accountability or support from the Operations side—even at the managerial level.

We deeply regret our experience with Alton Fencing & Steel Trading LLC. Despite having clear contractual terms, they refused to fulfill their responsibilities, particularly regarding the installation of the supplied fence. Furthermore, the delivery of materials to the project site was significantly delayed, severely disrupting our timeline and resulting in considerable financial losses for our company. Alton's lack of professionalism and accountability caused unnecessary stress and setbacks. We would like to specifically highlight the following individuals who were directly involved and failed to address the issues are Ms. Dawn Verra (Area Manager), Mr. Mohammad Anas (Manager) & Mr. MD Mohimenul (Production In-charge) Alton outright refused to carry out the installation. It is evident that they lack the necessary manpower to complete projects, yet they continue to collect payments from clients, leaving them stranded mid-project. We strongly advise potential clients to reconsider before engaging with Alton Fencing & Steel Trading LLC. Extremely disappointing experience with Alton. Their lack of communication and professionalism has caused unnecessary delays and frustration. They only care about money and have zero regard for professionalism, commitments, or proper communication. We were initially promised delivery within 3-5 days after LPO and advance payment. However, their team continuously mismanaged the process, failed to respond to calls, and created unnecessary obstacles. Despite our LPO clearly stating that 40% payment was due after delivery, they refused to proceed unless we paid in advance. We complied, only to face even more issues. After making the 40% payment, they still did not deliver the full materials as agreed. Instead, they unilaterally decided to split the delivery without informing us, delaying the project further. Their internal miscommunication and lack of accountability are shocking. Ms. Dawn, Mr. Tahmeed from production, and Ms. Michel from accounts are of no use and take no responsibility for anything. We had to follow up constantly, escalate the issue multiple times, and still received poor service. This level of incompetence is unacceptable. We strongly do not recommend working with Alton if you expect reliability and professionalism.
