I got my built permit today and big thanks to all not limited but to Eng Abdulhamid, Eng Alaa, Eng Mohamed Anas, Eng Amjad, Eng Diaa, and all others if I missed anyone . Price wise not expensive versus the quality you will get so worth it. 1 - they guide you what best for you 2- very honest it's open market they will tell u what they need from you and what is expected from both side 3- strong adherence to market policies and authority 4- they work almost all day even after working hours they answer 5- most important they have strong relationships with Sharjah authorities so it's very easy for them to obtain information and approvals.

No proper supervision done as I have found many faults and problems in many areas of my villa such as ceramic fixing, exterior stones fixing ( many gaps between the stones), doors alignments,interlocks issues, garage celling no slope given which resulted in cracking after the rainfall. If proper supervision and inspection done with honesty and accuracy these problems would have not occurred. I have approached SHJ consultants due to their experience and fame but it was a great disappointment.

Tried to get in touch with the tendering team. I spoke to their reception wanting to know what they do and what our team can offer as a supplier. The lady who answered was very rude and didn’t even let me finish my inquiry and hung up the phone. I called for the second time and she immediately hung up the phone.
