I lived in one of their villas in Al Furjan for 3 years as the first tenant. Not a week went by that there wasnt an issue with either AC, water leaks, gas leaks, alarms going off. This happened constantly during my time there. At the end of my tenure, they sold the villa to someone else. I was not given the Ejari of the new owner and that became an issue. When i left the villa, i repainted it to the colour coded given by Lacasa maintenance team, ensured the place was spotless and cleaned. This cost me 4K AED to do. The new owner refused to give me back my 6.5K security deposit even though i gave the keys and all spares to him. He cited as evidence "Not enough nitrogen in the air con system and fridge door didnt shut properly" - he listed excuses that were nothing to do with me and i never got my money back. One of the worst experiences i had in my 20 years in Dubai and i ended up having to pay so much in maintenance and fixing since the company would often not send people or tell you they would come next week.
