The Al Zahia project was assigned to Miss Sama, yet her lack of professionalism and communication is deeply disappointing. The consultant consistently ignores calls and fails to provide timely updates via WhatsApp. When updates are finally received, they come after an unreasonable delay of 3-5 weeks. This level of negligence is unacceptable, and I will not consider this company for any future projects. As for the project’s quality—there appears to be no oversight, accountability, or respect for standards. The project is clearly neglected. On one occasion, the consultant did not personally respond to my call. While discussing the project status with the contractor, I was told that municipal approval was expected the following week. However, when the contractor called the consultant immediately afterward on speakerphone, it became clear that no action had even been initiated with the municipality.
