It would be a good product, but: 1) Installation team decided on their own to just not come at the agreed date without notification 2) outer “frame” of the product keeps coming loose due to heat expansion. 3) Team coming for a warranty fix and did their saw cuts on the brand new artificial lawn without cleaning up “we didn’t have vacuum”. Not really an excuse, they should t do saw cuts on the high end finishes of a new property anyway. After the fix, on one of the two decking areas the same issue happened again after just one month. The decking is exposed to the sun and therefore it is very likely that heat expansion keeps causing the problem. So I have contacted the company again, and first answer was that they will only schedule a warranty fix if I give a google review. When I told them I’m not doing one, the answer was “I need to see the review, else I cannot schedule the visit”. So here is the review, I can not recommend the company/product as this is their way of treating a customer. Now they want me to pay for further visits with the reason: “ We’ve come and recitified it multiple times. And this seems to be an issue of someone walking on it and moving” 1) One single person lived in this house from April, no guests and no outdoor decking use 2) Yes it is decking, a floor, so if it can’t take people walking on it, it’s not up to standard.
