I paid 7,505 AED for repair, including 2,200 AED labor. However, 26 screws and parts were left uninstalled in the car when I picked it up. The team asked me to return, but they couldn’t identify where all parts belonged. Also, a missing engine heat shield was only replaced after I followed up. The experience left me concerned. I hope they improve attention to detail moving forward.
