The specialist is not professional at all, and tried to fool me by playing word tricks saying “service is free but only work charges”, after doing a non-sense pressure check, he just told me he needs to refill the refrigerant to tell if it’s the problem of the refrigerant or the compressor, without other necessary checks, proving he has no idea what the problem really is. He asked for 200AED for the 20 mins check “as work charge”, where he spent 15 mins to find the way to check the pressure of this model by checking online… More importantly he didn’t even mention what is the work charge before doing it, this is ridiculous Don’t believe in such 24-hr “good” service at all, traps ahead! Visit a licensed workshop no matter what
