Calling but no response

Trying to reach out abu dhabi branch since last week. No one is pikcing ip the call.

First they were so welcoming then when you bought the products ,and have issues they will not answering your calls. Here, we are not just talking about expensive prices, we are talking about bad quality and bad customer service regarding following the issues with their bad quality products really wish there is ZERO rate, because i was keeping calling them since more than month and now I am not using the bathroom as you see in the pictures , broken and corrosion even though i only used it less than a year. In the end, their answer fix it by yourself. Sorry but i am paying for quality and warranty.

Not very happy with the services provided. As the item we have requested twice came as a wrong design. We had to go back and keep changing the item. Even when we have requested before delivery to confirm via WhatsApp they were not helpful. Incompetent background staff. Even the helper asked me to carry the item myself in fact thats not my job and they supposed to deliver the item for free to the house.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst managing store in the area. I’ve had a lot of materials from then and they made quotation for me, when I payed they changed the quotation and removed some materials from it. Not just that but they shout at customers and get angry if you argue with their opinion. My salesman was Bassam so be careful of him and the store in general !
