The place is overpriced and the service is very poor, they couldn’t even work on my LR Defender professionally, the PPF they installed always peels off and they always ask me to come back to fix it, will NEVER consider going back to them.

I chose Leadright Protech based on my sister’s strong recommendation, as she’s been dealing with them for over a decade. Unfortunately, my experience didn’t live up to the reputation. The pricing for the work done on my car did not match the quality delivered. What’s worse, I had to keep going back just to fix their own mistakes—as if my time wasn’t valuable. It felt like they expected me to be constantly available to chase after corrections that should’ve been properly handled in the first place. My wife and I entrusted Leadright protech with our Porsche 911, expecting expert-level detailing. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. Upon receiving the car back on January 31, 2025, I immediately noticed visible damage to the interior—including a dent in the Exclusive Manufaktur finish (photos attached). I raised the issue immediately, and Leadright said they would investigate. That process took an unreasonable three months. Eventually, they admitted mishandling the vehicle but offered only to fix the damage rather than replace the part. After insisting on a proper resolution, they agreed to change the part and asked me to visit Porsche—twice—to get official pricing. Once I presented the quote for parts and labor, they began negotiating to avoid paying in full. We came to an agreement that the part would be repaired with the guarantee of a 100% satisfactory result. Instead, they not only failed to meet that expectation—they also damaged another part during the fix. It's important to note that they outsource such repairs to a third-party company, not an in-house specialist, further degrading the experience (photos attached). This week, I asked them to cover the cost of the new Porsche part due to the poor outcome. They refused, failing to honor their promises and disregarding the time and effort my wife and I invested trying to resolve the situation. I regret using their service and strongly caution fellow enthusiasts and luxury car owners to look elsewhere if you value the integrity of your vehicle. Special mention to Hanadi, Omar, and Eli, whose lack of cooperation and professionalism turned an already frustrating situation into a drawn-out ordeal. To the owners, Mr Hasan & Maryam al Nowais, I sincerely hope you read this and take an active role in ensuring better oversight and accountability.
