Very disappointing and unprofessional service. I paid 100 AED on June 11th for a visit and was promised a quotation the following day. Nearly a month later, I still haven’t received anything. Despite multiple follow-ups via WhatsApp and phone calls, I received no response. When I finally said I would leave a negative review, they replied — only to say they were on vacation and would send the quote that same day (June 27th). Unsurprisingly, nothing was sent. After yet another follow-up with no result, I’m left with no choice but to warn others. This company is clearly unreliable and lacks professionalism. Avoid if you value your time and money.
